Make Updates

Now that your site is up and running, you may want to make updates, add links or products, or add a page to your site. There are three ways to make your changes: By Email, Phone, or Online Appointment

• Update by E-mail

If your update is simple, just send us an e-mail at lundmark.jeremy@gmail.com. Please allow 3 business days for reception of e-mail and completion of the change to your website. If you do not receive a confirmation of your update within 3 business days please call us or submit your change again.

• Update by Phone

If you feel your update requires a personal touch, call us at (407) 278-5227. Leave a voicemail and we will be sure to contact you once your update is finished.

• Make an Appointment

If you feel a mistake was made in processing one of your changes, or you feel your update is going to require detailed explanation, click below to schedule an appointment with one of our web developers.


Directions on how to Explain Your Update

When you e-mail or call to make an update be sure to include the following items.

• Your Account # or Web Domain

• Which Page You would like changed (ie home, service, video, etc.)

• Type of Change (ie Link, Text, Addition of Product, removal of product, add page etc.)

Finally, be as detailed as possible. If there is any question in regard to your request we will make the change as we perceive and request that you confirm that the change was made correctly. If it was not reply to the e-mail with the corrections that need to be made. After two failed attempts at the update you will be contacted by phone to clarify what change needs to be made.

Our goal is to make our updates happend for you and your organization as quickly as possible. Most site changes will post same day. Please let us know if there is any dissatisfaction with the update process.
